Postpartum Support — for the Woman Behind the Mother

You’ve been getting on with it, because as a mam, you have to. Feeding, carrying, minding everyone. But you’re exhausted in a way sleep doesn’t fix, your body doesn’t feel like yours, and somewhere along the way, you stopped being on the list.

You matter too. Let’s look after you.

It isn’t just tiredness

Growing, birthing and feeding a baby asks an enormous amount of your body. Iron, B vitamins, vitamin D, protein, sleep: so much of it goes to your baby first. When it isn’t replaced, it doesn’t just show up as tiredness. It can show up as low mood or anxiety, brain fog, hair falling out, aches that won’t go, a cycle that comes back different, or a body that won’t recover no matter what you do.

These aren’t separate problems, and they aren’t “just being a mam.” It’s your whole body asking for care.

What postpartum care is missing

The six-week check is mostly about the baby. Your bloods were a priority all through pregnancy, then suddenly they’re not. And if you’re months postpartum and still struggling, it can feel like there’s nowhere left to turn.

I feel strongly that mothers deserve better than this. That’s why postpartum care has become such a big part of my work.

Postpartum Circle — opening early 2027

Nourishment, community and support, for the woman behind the mother.

Postpartum Circle is for mothers in the first couple of years after birth, and if you’re further along and still feel you need this support, you’re welcome too. It runs for six months, because recovery takes time. It isn’t a course to keep up with. It’s time with me and with other mams who get it. Each week there’s a gentle theme to sit with, and when we meet, we follow whatever comes up for you. Alongside that, there’s 1:1 time with me to look at your bloods, your recovery and what you need.

You don’t have to do this season alone. Join the waitlist to be first to hear when doors open.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I work with you while breastfeeding?

Yes. I choose every herb and supplement with breastfeeding in mind, and often start with gentler support like teas.

How far postpartum can I be?

There’s no deadline on recovery. Whether you’re three months or three years postpartum, if you’re still feeling depleted, it’s not too late.

Do I need my bloods done first?

No, but I’ll usually recommend them, and I’ll tell you exactly what to ask your GP for.

How do online sessions work?

All sessions are on Google Meet. You can join from your phone, laptop or desktop, wherever suits you.
