Returns and Refunds

I want you to feel confident ordering from Bia Beo. Everything is made, packed and posted by me, so if anything isn’t right, please get in touch at rachael@biabeo.ie and I’ll sort it out.

Changed your mind?

You can return unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Please email rachael@biabeo.ie first so I know it’s on its way. Return postage is paid by you, and I’d recommend a tracked service.

Opened items

For hygiene and safety reasons, teas, tinctures, drops, creams and oils can’t be returned once they’ve been opened.

Made just for you

Personalised herbal formulas and teas made for clients can’t be returned, as they’re blended for you individually.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item?

I’m so sorry. Please email me within 14 days of delivery with a photo, and I’ll send you a replacement or a full refund, including postage. You won’t need to send the item back.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of me receiving your return (or of us agreeing a refund for a damaged or faulty item).

Delivery

Orders are packed by hand and posted within 2–5 working days by An Post, at a flat rate of €7 within Ireland. An Post usually delivers within 1–3 working days of posting.

This policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
