Postpartum Support — for the Woman Behind the Mother

You’ve been getting on with it, because as a mam, you have to. Feeding, carrying, minding everyone. But you’re exhausted in a way sleep doesn’t fix, your body doesn’t feel like yours, and somewhere along the way, you stopped being on the list.

You matter too. Let’s look after you.

It isn’t just tiredness

Growing, birthing and feeding a baby asks an enormous amount of your body. Iron, B vitamins, vitamin D, protein, sleep: so much of it goes to your baby first. When it isn’t replaced, it doesn’t just show up as tiredness. It can show up as low mood or anxiety, brain fog, hair falling out, aches that won’t go, a cycle that comes back different, or a body that won’t recover no matter what you do.

These aren’t separate problems, and they aren’t “just being a mam.” It’s your whole body asking for care.

What postpartum care is missing

The six-week check is mostly about the baby. Your bloods were a priority all through pregnancy, then suddenly they’re not. And if you’re months postpartum and still struggling, it can feel like there’s nowhere left to turn.

I feel strongly that mothers deserve better than this. That’s why postpartum care has become such a big part of my work.

Postpartum Circle

A circle of mams, held together

Whether your baby is a few weeks old or you’re two years in and still finding your feet, this is for you.

You’ve been getting on with it, because as a mother you have to. But somewhere along the way, everyone stopped asking how you are.

Postpartum Circle is a small group of mams who meet online every week for six months, with me alongside you. It isn’t a course and there’s nothing to keep up with. It’s time and support just for you, and a group of women who truly get it.

Some of the best support comes from another mother saying “me too”. In the Circle you’ll share the hard days and the good ones, and lean on each other as much as on me. My job is to guide you, look after the nourishment side, and make sure you never feel alone in it.

What’s included

  • A 45-minute 1:1 with me before we begin. I’ll hear your story, read through your bloods and recommend the supplements you might need.
  • A 60-minute group call every week. Each week has a loose topic to think about, and then we follow whatever comes up.
  • A private Facebook group, where you can stay connected with the other mams between calls. I’m in the group Monday to Friday.
  • A Mama-range tea posted to you every month.
  • A bespoke herbal tonic, if you need one, for €40 as an add-on.

Who it’s for

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I work with you while breastfeeding?

Yes. I choose every herb and supplement with breastfeeding in mind, and often start with gentler support like teas.

How far postpartum can I be?

There’s no deadline on recovery. Whether you’re three months or three years postpartum, if you’re still feeling depleted, it’s not too late.

Do I need my bloods done first?

No, but I’ll usually recommend them, and I’ll tell you exactly what to ask your GP for.

How do online sessions work?

All sessions are on Google Meet. You can join from your phone, laptop or desktop, wherever suits you.
