These beautiful potent herbs combine to give a spectacular aroma which starts to soothe and relax the body and mind from one sniff in joyful anticipation of the first sip.
Peppermint ties all the flavours together giving harmony to the blend. Peppermint also has a calming effect on the mind and promotes sleep.
Chamomile is a renowned plant for its beneficial effect on improving sleep.
Passion flower is a natural sedative and induces sleep.
Lavender is calming for body and mind, reduces stress & anxiety and remedies insomnia.
Oat Straw has a very nourishing component to it and primes the body and mind for sleep.
Lime blossom has a delicate taste and sweet aroma, it calms the nerves and is a natural sedative, helpful in insomnia.
That is just a very small window into the powerful effects of these beautiful plants. With this blend I selected these particular plants for their excellent relaxing effect on body and mind. These are some of my favourite plants and I hope you will enjoy them as much as I do!
